Hawk Eye Teknologies was incorporated in Maryland on March 21, 2025 as a Tax-Exempt Nonstock Corporation organized under Section 501(c)(3). We are headquartered in Southwest Baltimore.
Our founders saw a dual crisis: elderly residents living in fear without adequate home security, and young people without real pathways into the technology sector. HAWK AI serves both — learning every user's needs and adapting in real time.
